Time for some upgrades on kitchen appliances!!! Encouraging frequent cleaning and more transparency on spa pricing wouldn’t hurt, either!!! It's disappointing when basic services like garbage disposal or laundry aren't more accessible!!!

shocking experience, really! the apartment was absolutely filthy, with dust everywhere—had to clean the lampshades myself! i also found ants in the bed, not my idea of a relaxing stay. would have loved a room upgrade as compensation, but alas, just received regular treatment. the pool area was great, though, if only someone had offered me a towel.

The beautiful pool area was truly the highlight! cleanliness, especially in terms of bugs, really impacted our stay. Plus, the absence of a coffee machine was disappointing. we had a pleasant visit! 😊

During our stay, the kitchenette had insufficient lighting, making cooking difficult. check-out time was unexpectedly early at 10 AM, which added stress to our departure. The extra cost for spa access felt excessive and diminished the overall value of our experience.

We had a fantastic week enjoying the beautiful pool and spacious apartment. The staff were warm and accommodating, even lending us bikes to explore the area effortlessly. The proximity to grocery shops and restaurants was a big plus, enhancing our overall stay. On the downside, we did notice some cleanliness issues that could use improvement in the apartment.
